Individuals
Prepare these documents
- Valid means of identification
- Evidence of tax payment or current tax-clearance certificate
- Survey map, TDP, coordinates or site plan where applicable
- Evidence of interest: sale agreement, allocation letter, customary grant, deed, inheritance or related document
- Utility bill; affidavit where documents are lost or stolen
- Signed authority letter and photo ID when using a representative
Companies and organisations
Prepare these documents
- CAC certificate of incorporation or registration and corporate seal
- Identification for the corporate representative or contact person
- Corporate tax payment or tax-clearance evidence
- Survey/site information and evidence of interest in the land
- Utility bill; affidavit where documents are lost or stolen
